OGMC is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering K-12 students through education using popular music and multi-media of a particular generation as the center of all curriculum subjects. Thus the name Our Generation’s Multi-Media Curriculum (OGMC).

OGMC works closely with teachers, administrators and youth service workers in order to improve the educational experience for students.  Lesson plans are designed to teach the objectives of the subject under study, while integrating popular music into the learning process.  This is primarily done through the use of song lyrics and the application of scientific principles associated with music (e.g. physics, mathematics, biology, etc.)
